Located at AIHP Milestone, Gurgaon, this thoughtfully designed office enhances employee well-being and teamwork, helping Fresenius Kabi India continue its dedication to delivering essential healthcare solutions.
Fresenius Kabi India’s new workspace is designed to enhance agility and support flexible working styles. The open-plan layout offers a range of task-based workstations tailored to diverse employee needs, encouraging collaboration and productivity. Adjustable sit-stand desks are provided for each department and brainstorming zones are integrated where teamwork is key. The space also features a series of meeting rooms and call pods centrally located, with informal meeting booths scattered throughout, ensuring acoustic privacy while fostering an adaptable and collaborative environment.
For Fresenius Kabi India, the design was crafted with a deep understanding of their commitment to improving patient care. We incorporated elements that reflect the brand’s focus on compassion, innovation and sustainability. The use of natural materials like timber and greenery in the reception area symbolizes the company’s dedication to both healthcare and environmental responsibility. The design also embraces a calming color palette that promotes a sense of trust and professionalism. Brand illustrations and visuals of medical advancements were integrated into feature walls, reinforcing their mission to improve lives through better healthcare.
